**Operational and Executional Responsibilities**
- Lead the development and execution of video content strategies, ensuring each phase of production—from pre-production to post-production—is aligned with client objectives and focused on lead generation and conversions.- Manage and oversee pre-production activities, including concept development, scriptwriting, and resource planning, to ensure seamless execution during production.- Produce video contents for lead gen Ads, working closely with editors to achieve the creative vision, and ensure alignment with marketing strategies during both the production and post-production phases.- Coordinate with clients to secure approvals for the video contents produced, while maintaining open communication to adjust plans according to evolving objectives.- Collaborate with content teams to develop compelling video scripts, providing input on creative direction and ensuring the final output meets brand standards.- Manage a team of video editors and additional production staff, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality video content that meets client expectations.- Leverage AI tools for automating repetitive editing tasks and tracking key video performance metrics, ensuring an efficient production workflow.- Utilize performance data and insights post-launch to optimize future content strategies, improving lead generation and conversion outcomes.
