**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand client requirements, preferences, and budgets to develop design concepts.
- Create detailed floor plans, layouts, and 3D visualizations using design software.
- Select appropriate materials, color schemes, furniture, lighting, and décor to match project goals.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure project feasibility and execution.
- Prepare and present design proposals, sketches, and cost estimates to clients.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in interior design, materials, and technology.
- Ensure all designs adhere to industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Vray, D5 renderer and other design softwares.
- Strong knowledge of materials, color theory, and space planning.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality interior design is a plus.
