Responsibilities:

- Develop and lead the overall MDM architecture and strategy, aligning it with the organization's business objectives and IT roadmap.
- Design and implement MDM solutions to centralize and manage master data from various sources and domains, ensuring data quality, governance, and data security.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements, master data hierarchies, and data quality rules.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the MDM team, including solution design, data modeling, and integration approaches.
- Lead the MDM implementation, including data profiling, data mapping, data cleansing, and data enrichment activities.
- Define and enforce data governance policies, data standards, and best practices to maintain data consistency and accuracy across systems.
- Ensure the MDM solution is scalable, flexible, and can support future business growth and changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate MDM with other enterprise systems, such as ERP, CRM, and data warehouses.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of the MDM platform to ensure efficient data processing and retrieval.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in MDM and data management technologies, and evaluate their applicability to the organization's needs.
- Conduct regular data quality assessments and implement corrective actions to improve data quality. Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (X years) working as an MDM Tech Lead, MDM Architect, or in a similar role.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing MDM solutions using leading MDM tools and technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of data modeling, data governance, data quality management, and data integration.
- Experience with data profiling, data cleansing, and data enrichment techniques.
- Proficiency in data management standards and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with MDM technologies such as Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, IBM InfoSphere MDM, Azure Purview ,or similar.
- Experience with data integration methods, including ETL/ELT processes and APIs.
- Integration with Azure Services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Azure Synapse Analytics, enhancing data management and analytics capabilities.
- Familiarity with cloud-based MDM solutions and data security aspects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Leadership and mentoring abilities to guide and support team members.
