- Sales and Revenue Generation:
Dividing individual sales targets to the team and contributing 30% of the total business, by
leading the sales team and setting examples and optimizing sales strategies.
- Team Management:
Planning, supervising, training, and mentoring the sales team to ensure consistently high
performance.
- Visual Merchandising:
Upholding the store's luxury brand image through implementing Oma’s VM guidelines.
- Inventory Management:

- Vigilantly monitoring and ordering inventory to prevent potential stock issues.
- Store Operations:
Contributing to daily operations, ensuring store cleanliness, and maintaining security
