**International Telecaller Job Description**

**Job Title**: International Telecaller

**Job Summary**:
An International Telecaller is responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls to communicate with customers, clients, or prospects from different countries. The role involves promoting products or services, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to international customers for sales, support, or follow-ups.
- Handle inbound calls and assist customers with queries, complaints, or information requests.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions or recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines as per company policies.
- Adapt to different cultural communication styles and time zones.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Good listening skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software.
- Willingness to work in different shifts as per international time zones.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
- Familiarity with international markets and cultures.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
