We are looking for an enthusiastic Female Telecaller (2+ Years Experience in IT Services - Sales) to join our sales team and drive client acquisition for our IT services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication (Hindi, English, Punjabi - Preferred) skills and a proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell IT services.
  • Identify customer needs, answer queries, and explain services effectively.
  • Generate and qualify leads, setting appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client information in the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and close sales.

What We're Looking For

  • Female candidates with 2+ years of telecalling or sales experience, preferably in IT or B2B services.
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills. Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and customer-focused.

Job Types: Full-time, In office, Permanent

Pay: 3 to 5 Lakhs + Performance Bonus + Increment.
