Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Inbound calling for customer service
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- Must be adaptable and ability to use positive language.
- A bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field and basic computer skills are required
- Only female staff required.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
