**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct outbound calls to dealers and customers to promote our products and schemes.

2. Provide detailed information about our seed varieties, benefits, and offers.

3. Handle inquiries, resolve customer concerns, and follow up on leads.

4. Maintain a database of customer information and track communication history.

5. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to execute campaigns and meet sales targets.

6. Gather feedback from customers and provide insights to improve marketing strategies.

7. Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing their needs professionally.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
1. Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive tone.

2. Ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales.

3. Basic knowledge of agricultural products or the willingness to learn about the seed industry.

4. Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and CRM software is a plus.

5. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in marketing or communication are advantageous.

6. Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
