We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Tele Caller to join our laptop shop. The Tele Caller will play a crucial role in handling customer calls, providing support, and ensuring a positive customer experience. **Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism, courtesy, and empathy.
- Provide product information, pricing details, and answer queries about laptops and related accessories.
- Assist customers in selecting the right laptop model based on their requirements and budget.
- Make proactive follow-up calls to potential customers and leads.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex or unresolved complaints to the appropriate team members for further investigation and resolution.
- Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the CRM system.
- Upsell additional products, accessories, or services to customers when opportunities arise.
- Stay up to date with the latest laptop models, features, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the shop.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance the customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi.
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a similar role or in the technology/electronics industry.
- Ability to listen actively, understand customer needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging customer situations with professionalism.
- Knowledge of laptops, mobile devices, and technology-related terminology is preferred.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills to manage multiple calls and customer inquiries simultaneously.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
