**Overview**:
The Resume Writer is crucial in helping individuals create compelling resumes that effectively showcase their skills, qualifications, and professional experience. This position is essential in assisting job seekers to present themselves in the best possible light to potential employers, ultimately improving their chances of securing employment opportunities

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct consultations with clients to understand their career objectives and professional backgrounds.
- Write and edit resumes, cover letters, and other professional documents tailored to clients' needs.
- Research industry trends and best practices for resume writing and incorporate them into the documents.
- Create compelling, error-free content that highlights the client's skills and achievements. -Collaborate with clients to gather necessary information and ensure the accuracy of the documents.
- Stay updated on hiring trends, job market demands, and recruitment practices.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and timely services.
- Use feedback to improve and refine writing techniques continuously.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding client information

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is a plus.
- 1 -2 years of experience in Resume writing
- Proven experience as a professional resume writer or in a similar role.
- Demonstrated expertise in crafting customized, compelling resumes for diverse job seekers.
- Strong understanding of different industries and their resume requirements.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Google Docs, or other document editing software.
- Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and its impact on resume writing.
- Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong research skills to gather relevant industry and job market information.
- Capability to work independently and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of privacy and confidentiality regulations related to client data.
- Flexible and adaptable to meet varying client needs and deadlines.
- Certification in resume writing or a related field is a plus.
- Proactive attitude and commitment to professional development.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
