Job Description Terratern Pvt Ltd is hiring a Content Writer Resume Specialist to join our growing team in Bangalore. This is a full-time, in-office role for someone with a passion for writing and helping individuals build compelling professional profiles that stand out in the global job market. Key Responsibilities - Write and edit professional resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles tailored to individual clients. - Analyze client backgrounds to craft personalized and impactful career documents aligned with specific industries and job roles. - Ensure content is grammatically sound, concise, keyword-optimized, and ATS-friendly. - Research industry trends and job descriptions to align content with current hiring practices. - Collaborate closely with the career consulting and visa teams to understand client goals and timelines. - Meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of content quality and client satisfaction. Key Requirements - 13 years of experience in resume writing, content writing, or a related field. - Strong ability to use AI tools (including ChatGPT) for content generation, research, and workflow automation - Exceptional English writing and editing skills. - Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume optimization strategies. - Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related discipline. - Strong time-management and multitasking abilities. - Must be available to work from our Bangalore office (WFO only). - Preference given to immediate joiners.
