**Role & responsibilities**

The role of Pre-Sales Executive requires 1-2 years of experience in real estate, specifically in handling Commercial Properties/Real estate. Responsibilities include prospecting and engaging with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and presenting tailored solutions. This position demands expertise in navigating the real estate market and effectively communicating with high-value clients to drive successful sales outcomes.

1. Prior experience in a Pre-Sales/tele-sales or related role (From Real Estate Only).

2. Handled Launches including commercial units

3. Generating Leads by making calls, understanding the needs, and inviting the prospect for the Site Visit.

4. Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power

5. Recognize the necessity for real estate investment or purchase, and then inform the potential buyer about properties that fit their expectations and budgets.

6. Processing a thorough awareness of the locations, facilities, connectivity, and configuration.

7. Consistently improving oneself on nearby projects.

8. Inviting potential customers to visit the location. Keeping in contact with potential customers until they decide to purchase the property or visit the site.

9. Pre Sales Executive/Tele-sales Executives will be responsible for achieving the targets of lead qualification, site visits.

10. Good English communication skills required. Should be able to speak in regional languages Added Advantage (Marathi, Gujarati, Etc.).

11. Should be able to convince the customers by taking them for a virtual site visit of the property.

Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate any Discipline.

Location: Andheri Chakala

Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
