What you’ll do:
A Workday Software Functional Consultant or Analyst is responsible for implementing and maintaining the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) software system within an organization.

They play a critical role in ensuring that Workday is configured to meet the company's HR and finance needs efficiently and effectively.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their HR and finance process requirements and translate them into Workday configurations.

Configure and customize the Workday system to meet the organization's specific needs. This includes defining business processes, creating reports, setting up security roles, and configuring integrations.

Develop and execute test plans to ensure that Workday configurations meet the defined requirements and are free of defects.

Train end-users and other stakeholders on how to use the Workday system effectively. Provide ongoing support and training as needed.

Create and maintain documentation of Workday configurations, business processes, and system changes.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Workday system. Assist with data migration and data validation activities.

Identify and resolve issues and challenges related to Workday functionality and configurations.

Stay up-to-date with Workday releases and updates. Plan and execute system upgrades and enhancements as necessary.

Ensure that Workday configurations and processes comply with relevant regulations and industry best practices.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and finance departments, to align Workday with business objectives.

What we seek in you:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Business Administration, or Human Resources.

Strong understanding of HR and finance processes.

Certification in Workday HCM (e.g., Workday HCM Certified Consultant) is often preferred.

Experience in configuring and implementing Workday HCM software.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Project management skills may be required for more senior roles.

Knowledge of integration tools and technologies used with Workday (e.g., EIB, Studio, Workday Web Services) is a plus.

Familiarity with other modules of Workday, such as Workday Financial Management, Talent Management, or Payroll, may be advantageous depending on the organization's needs.

**Salary**: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
