**Role : Sr.Executive - Impact Program**
- MIS Reporting & Counselling*

**Travel : 20%**

**Work from Home or Work from Office : Office**

**CTC : 350000 - 450000**

**- Design, develop and roll out MIS templates / formats to capture real time data for all ongoing projects in consultation with project teams.**

**- Coordinate with multiple project teams to compile, clean and analyse data while keeping a tab on data quality.**

**- Maintain Dashboards and weekly program records and updates.**

**- Support program team and project leads in data analysis for periodic reviews of the respective projects.**

**- Field visits for understanding field realities and challenges being faced by IPs on the ground and collect insights for incorporating in MIS.**

**- Monitoring of attendance and students' performance.**

**- Responsible for facilitating baseline and end line assessment.**

**- Responsible for mapping the institutes for intervention.**

**- Responsible for maintaining the database of the Students.**

**- Responsible for sharing the progress report of the project every Week/ fortnightly /month with the Project Manager**

**- Responsible for working closely with Quality Expert under the supervision with Project Manager.**

**- Coordinating with College/Institutes/NGO agencies to access desired data as required.**

**- Support Project Managers to ensure smooth functioning of project MIS and fulfil project MEL requirements.**

**- Any other organizational work as and when required.**

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Bachelors, experienced with 3+ years in a similar role.
- Prior experience in development sector, preferably education sector.
- Experience of having worked in CSR domain.
- Proficiency in use of MS office, MS Excel and statistical tools is a must.
- Possesses a variety of skills - multi tasking, time management, flexibility and adaptability.
- Ability to work in field, with communities and in multi-stakeholder processes.
- Excellent Analytical skills and problem solver.
- Responds positively to feedback and respects diverse point of views.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi Kannada, Tamil & Telugu
