Responsibilities
  • Design and develop interactive, visually compelling reports and dashboards using Power BI Desktop with advanced features like bookmarks, drill-through, and custom visuals.
  • Implement data governance practices including access control, role-level security, and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, senior developers, and delivery managers to refine and deliver BI solutions.
  • Extract and prepare data from multiple sources; perform data transformation using Power Query for accurate analysis.
  • Develop and maintain data models, relationships, hierarchies, and advanced DAX calculations for complex analytics (Senior role includes leadership & mentoring).
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related field (Masters preferred).
  • 5 years for senior-level in Power BI report development.
  • Expertise in Power BI (Desktop, Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI Service) and strong DAX skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL and ETL processes, with knowledge of data modeling, warehousing, and integration from multiple sources.
  • Strong communication skills, experience working with Agile methodology (Azure DevOps preferred).
