**Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Content Creation**: Develop, design, and schedule engaging content (images, videos, graphics, text) for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- **Content Strategy**: Assist in creating and executing content strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
- **Brand Voice & Messaging**: Ensure all content aligns with our brand’s voice, tone, and values while resonating with our target audience.
- **Community Management**: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build positive online relationships.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, making recommendations for improvements.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, and industry-specific topics, incorporating them into content strategies.
- **Campaign Support**: Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns, contests, and giveaways.
- **Content Calendar Management**: Help maintain and update the content calendar to ensure consistent posting and timely campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Intermediate to advance knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) is a plus but not required.
- A passion for social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
