**Roles & Responsibility**:
- Responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies and work on channel development, establish and maintain our advertiser’s presence online.
- Stay abreast of social media platform developments and ensure Roundel’s processes are adjusted to follow latest updates
- Advanced understanding of the holistic and dynamic landscape of social media channels, strategies, emerging platforms, and audiences within those channels, create a roadmap that includes channel strategy, content strategy, and technology platforms and tools.
- Work in collaboration with Media Operations, GTM, and product teams on new social channel and product activations and tests, also maintain roadmap / test calendar
- Monitor social trends and proactively highlight opportunities for growth and engagement
- Partner with Trading managers to build, execute and maintain messaging, content engagement strategies and campaigns on Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat
- Partner on tracking links and work closely with tagging, audience management & external partners on the integration related discussions
- Work with Trading managers and help to oversee and enhance the approval / workflow process for all campaigns, initiatives, and assets for social media channels
- Regular reporting to wider organization on current community trends, sentiment, channel performance and innovation recommendations to lift performance
- Work closely with the Media Ops teams to ensure consistent and impactful campaign execution
- Work with CFT team to help manage crisis situations quickly and effectively
- Partner with external social media channels and internal social media activation teams to identify opportunities and drive innovations in-line with Roundel’s LRP
- Ensure platform compliance and validation
**Experience & Skills**:
- 10+ years of experience in a community management or social media coordination role, preferably for a B2B or B2C domain
- Experience with social media management tools such as Kenshoo, 4C Sprout Social, Sprinklr and Social Studio
- Understanding of and ability to manage digital marketing. Grasp of digital tools and platforms in the online and social media space
- Independent creation and successful execution of community-focused marketing campaigns with one or more specific business goals (growth, engagement, retention, reactivation, revenue)
- Experience building brands on social media (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat etc.) with a proven track record
- Experience in moderating community discussions with large active communities, including creation of style guides, tone, response strategies
- Effective time management and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, exhibit thought leadership with ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
