**About Job**:
Someone who is passionate about their work and wants to say a story that resonates with the user. You think after putting yourself in the user's shoes and then coming up with social media creative posts and content that gel well with the user.

Manages all social media channels as well as team members to sustain an engaging audience experience and increase audience satisfaction. Researches and analyses social media trends, including social media stats to improve social media presence and efficacy. Works with various company departments to promote the overall brand through social media channels.

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Oversees all company social media accounts management
- Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
- Coordinates social media messaging with managers and higher ops, and generates monthly, quarterly, and yearly company goals
- Collaborates with other team members, including graphic designers, illustrators, and 3D artists, by helping them convey your thoughts, guidance, or direction.
- Audits and analyses social media presences and work towards its growth.
- Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
- Monitors and develops reports on user activities within social media spaces

**Qualifications**:
Degree in Marketing or Social Media

**Skills required**:
Extensive Knowledge of Social Media Platforms, Web Proficiency, Computer Software Proficiency, Team Collaboration, Social Media Copywriting, Social Media Content Creation, Public Relations and Brand Marketing Experience, Proofreading and Editing Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Customer-Centric Thinking

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship, Contractual / Temporary

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
