**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹28,000 CTC
**Job Summary**:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products to our customers. This role requires a mix of sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping businesses grow.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Promote and sell products to potential and existing customers.
Identify and approach merchants who can benefit from our lending solutions.
Explain product features and benefits to merchants, addressing any queries they may have.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
**Requirements**:
**Experience**:
Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
5-6 months of experience in a BPO environment.
**Languages**:
Proficiency in Hindi and English.
Knowledge of Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam is an added advantage.
**Skills**:
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and articulate financial products to merchants.
Proactive and result-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
