**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a passionate and strategic _**CSR Representative with a strong business development mind-set**_to join our team. In this dual-focused role, you will build impactful collaborations with educational institutions and NGOs serving underprivileged communities while also driving fundraising efforts through corporate partnerships. This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of social impact and business growth. You will play a pivotal role in creating win-win scenarios for corporates (fulfilling their CSR objectives), NGOs (supporting underprivileged students), and Mentoria (expanding our impact and services)

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Institutional Partnerships**:

- Develop and manage partnerships with NGOs, educational institutions, government schools, and foundations that support underprivileged students.
- Promote Mentoria as a career mentoring partner, offering career guidance programs tailored for these students.
- Coordinate with educational stakeholders to plan and execute impactful career discovery initiatives.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutual alignment on objectives and outcomes.

**2. Corporate Fundraising**:

- Identify and build relationships with CSR teams in corporates to present Mentoria as a partner for their social responsibility initiatives.
- Develop and execute compelling fundraising strategies to secure financial support for mentoring underprivileged students.
- Collaborate with corporate sponsors to design and implement impactful CSR campaigns.
- Ensure transparency in fund utilization by maintaining accurate records and presenting detailed reports to corporate donors.

**3. Strategic Growth and Impact**:

- Align Mentoria’s CSR initiatives with broader business objectives to drive revenue growth.
- Serve as a bridge between corporate sponsors, NGOs, and Mentoria, ensuring seamless execution of all projects.
- Stay updated on trends in CSR, education, and fundraising to identify new opportunities for collaboration and innovation.

**Experience Required**: 5+ years of experience in CSR, business development, fundraising, or a similar role

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
