Working as a Customer Sales Advisor on this exciting campaign, you’ll be responsible for handling customer and sales queries in a professional and courteous manner; confidently handling objections and identifying opportunities across multiple platforms.

As the first point of contact, you'll be responsible for ensuring all orders are processed on a timely basis for customer needs and providing technical support to improve the customer experience, offering proactive solutions to any issues our customers might face.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Processing customer purchase orders within the set service level agreement metrics
- Handling, organising and processing customer quote requests
- Processing route customer inquires as needed with the overall goal of first contact resolution
- Maintaining a strict standard of confidentiality to ensure that our customers protected information is secure
- Managing internal communication between departments once purchase order is received
- Updating or changing sales orders in the system based on customer requirements and resolve any discrepancies
- Sending sales order confirmation to the customer and any other key partners (as required)
- Communicating accurate information to customers concerning order status, order changes, shipping information, product availability and pricing
- Managing backlog of pending sales orders
- Collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues or concerns, from the order being placed to ensuring on time shipments
- Interacting with Foreign sales offices and personnel to provide global customer support
- Working with Trade Compliance team during order process to ensure adherence to local, state and country laws
- Process registrations as needed
- Leveraging Client/Product sales knowledge & skills to drive additional sales
- Processing Vendor Fulfillment/Consignment Orders
- Processing specialty sales requests (e.g. Vendor Promos, Tradeshows, First Robotics, Employee Orders)
- Processing Smarter Mail - PCI Compliance Issues
- Support Tier One Customers
- Participating in User Acceptance Testing
- Participating in the creation of training & documentation of processes as well as the facilitation of training
- Participating on cross-functional working teams or tasks forces

**What you’ll need**:

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Min 1 year experience in a Chat/Voice role
- Successful completion of the training provided (system 'know-how' & sales 'know-how')
- 0-2 years of sales or customer service experience (preferred)
- Ability to speak to both internal and external customers on the phone for a minimum of two hours a day
- MS Outlook experience
- Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills
- Drive to succeed with ability to meet and exceed targets
- Ability to overcome objections, resilient and calm under pressure
- Effective team playing with a positive attitude
- Clear disciplinary record and a proven performance record of achieving results
