- We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Product Management Leader at the AVP/VP level to join our team and drive our product strategy and execution.Position Overview-
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's goals and market demands.
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers, fostering a culture of strong ownership, collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Market Analysis and Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and translate these insights into viable product opportunities.
- Product Development and Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of products.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analysis and metrics to inform product decisions, measure success, and optimize product performance, in alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
- Customer Focus: Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring that their needs and feedback are central to product development efforts.
- Execution and Delivery: Demonstrate strong execution skills by effectively managing resources, timelines, and budgets to deliver products that exceed customer and business expectations.
- Qualifications:
- Experience: 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the fintech industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field. An Engineering/MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of technology and the ability to work closely with engineering teams.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas and value propositions to diverse audiences.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing product teams.
- Execution: Demonstrated ability to execute product strategies and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Customer-Centric: Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional user experiences.
