Certification will be a plus. - Experience with IT Service management processes - Database knowledge (Oracle) - 8+ years of work experience in IT. - Master’s degree or equivalent work experience required; - Experience working with distributed development teams. - Experience with SDLC framework; - Excellent communication skills written and verbal at all levels including senior management; - Experience with audit and compliance; - Experienced with: Java Server Technology, ANT, continuous integration and dev ops tools will be a plus; - High-level knowledge on Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) - Ability to work on tight deadlines and - Coordination skills between multi-region teams and stakeholders. - Experienced in working with multiple stakeholders. Ability to create and naturally maintain good business relationships with all stakeholders - Very good presentation and communication skills in English (additional German knowledge is a plus) - Highly organized and self-driven worker with strong analytical skills - Professional with >2 years of work experience in a global IT organization.
