**Role Description**

We are currently on the lookout for a full-time Media Buyer having 2-3 years of experience in negotiating and purchasing advertising space and time to reach target audiences effectively. To develop media buying strategies, analyze options, optimize budgets, and monitor ad performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and optimize effective paid media strategies across search engines and social media platforms.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and audience analysis to inform campaign targeting and messaging.
- Create compelling ad copy, creative assets, and landing page recommendations to maximize campaign performance.
- Regularly analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure our campaigns remain innovative and competitive.
- Test and iterate on various ad formats, targeting options, and audience segments to optimize conversion rates.
- Oversee the efficient functioning of conversion tracking
- Regularly engage with campaigns to align on goals and provide performance updates
- Continuously optimize conversion rates to maximize ROI.
- Maintaining efficient conversion tracking and optimizations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Media Buyer or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of various digital advertising channels and platforms.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
