**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Instructional Excellence**: Develop, plan, and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons focused on robotics, coding, and related STEM fields, tailored to a range of student abilities.
- **Curriculum Development**: Design and implement a dynamic and challenging curriculum that aligns with academic standards and promotes problem-solving, critical thinking, and creativity in students.
- **Hands-on Learning**: Facilitate hands-on activities, projects, and collaborative learning experiences, guiding students in the design, construction, and programming of robots.
- **Assessment and Feedback**: Regularly assess student performance through projects, presentations, and formal evaluations, providing constructive feedback and fostering student growth.
- **Collaboration and Integration**: Work closely with fellow educators to integrate STEM principles across disciplines and encourage interdisciplinary learning.
- **Technology Integration**: Stay informed about advancements in robotics, coding platforms, and educational technology, incorporating innovative tools and resources into the classroom.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field (Master’s degree preferred).
- **Technical Proficiency**: Advanced knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or Scratch. Proficiency with robotics platforms (e.g., LEGO Mindstorms, VEX Robotics, Arduino, Raspberry Pi) is strongly preferred.
- **Classroom Management**: Proven ability to foster a positive, inclusive, and dynamic classroom environment that promotes student engagement and success.
- **Certification**: Valid teaching certification in a relevant STEM field (or eligibility to obtain certification) as per state or local requirements.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex concepts in a student-friendly manner.
- **Passion for STEM Education**: A genuine passion for inspiring and educating students in the fields of robotics, coding, and STEM in general.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with cloud-based platforms for coding and robotics (e.g., Tinkercad, Code.org).
- Active participation in STEM-related competitions, conferences, or professional development opportunities.
- Familiarity with current trends and advancements in the field of technology and robotics education.
