As a Telecaller for Sthala Interiors, your primary role would be to contact potential clients, introduce them to the services offered by Sthala Interiors, and persuade them to schedule meetings or consultations with the sales or design team. Your job description may include:

- **Cold Calling**: Contacting potential clients who have not previously expressed interest in Sthala Interiors' services to introduce them to the company and its offerings.
- **Lead Generation**: Identifying and qualifying potential leads through various sources, such as online research, social media, and referrals.
- **Client Interaction**: Engaging with clients over the phone to understand their requirements, answer their queries, and provide information about Sthala Interiors' services.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Coordinating with the sales or design team to schedule meetings or consultations with interested clients.
- **Follow-up Calls**: Following up with clients who have shown interest but have not yet scheduled a meeting, to encourage them to take the next step.
- **Database Management**: Maintaining and updating a database of client information, including contact details and interactions.
- **Feedback Collection**: Collecting feedback from clients about their experience with Sthala Interiors' services and sharing it with the relevant teams.
- **Sales Support**: Providing support to the sales team by assisting in lead management and tracking.
- **Target Achievement**: Meeting or exceeding monthly targets for lead generation and appointment scheduling.
- **Adherence to Policies**: Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding client interaction, data privacy, and ethical practices.
