**Key Responsibilities**:_
- **Curriculum Development**:_ _Design and develop comprehensive physics lesson plans and curricula that align with educational standards and promote active learning._
- **Classroom Instruction**:_ _Deliver engaging and effective physics lessons to students of various age groups and skill levels._
- **Student Assessment**:_ _Assess student progress and performance through regular quizzes, exams, and assignments. Provide constructive feedback and support to help students achieve their academic goals._
- **Classroom Management**:_ _Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation, critical thinking, and curiosity about physics._
- **Lab Activities**:_ _Plan and supervise laboratory experiments and hands-on activities to reinforce theoretical concepts and enhance students' practical understanding of physics._
- **Technology Integration**:_ _Incorporate relevant technology and educational tools to enhance the teaching and learning experience, such as interactive simulations and multimedia resources._
- **Individualized Support**:_ _Provide additional help and support to students who may be struggling with physics concepts, ensuring that all students have the opportunity to succeed._
- **Parent-Teacher Communication**:_ _Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress and address any concerns._
- **Professional Development**:_ _Stay up-to-date with advancements in physics education and teaching methodologies through ongoing professional development._
- **Qualifications**:_
- _Bachelor's degree in Physics, Education, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred._
- _Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students._
- _Experience in teaching physics at the secondary or post-secondary level is a plus._
- _Proficiency in using educational technology and resources for teaching and assessment._
- _Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a classroom effectively._
- _A commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse learning environment._
- _Patience, adaptability, and a genuine interest in helping students succeed._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
