Composites are increasingly being used to repair both metallic and non-metallic (composite) structures. There are different types of composite repair bonded joints available as shown in Fig.The most common types of repairs carried out with composite materials in the aerospace industry are external bonded patch repair and scarf repair.

Constructing and proving CNC programmes for new components. Supervise the production engineering team and assist in the design and commissioning of fixtures and tooling necessary for machining new components. Training and development of operators to ensure proper execution of the defined processes.
- Optimizingplantperformance and meetproduction/ dispatch targets with quality commitments. Possess Greenfield project handling experience inAutomotive, Aerospace & HeavyEngineeringcomponent machining lineplanning, execution, and establishment.
- Demonstrate inProductionPlanning,ProductionSystem Implementation, Process Improvement,Productionschedules,Productiondevelopment, Managing tool life, Qualitycontrol& Inspection,ISO/TSsystem,AS9100,FMEA, APQP, TPM, FAI &PPAP.
- Practically exposed to complete CNC machining operationsHMC/VMC/HBM 3 axis,4 axis & 5 axisDMGmachine,VTLm/c& Turning m/c,&CNCpartprogrammingFANUC, MAZAK ,HEIDENHAIN, SEIMENScontrol.
- Expertise inNew component machiningtry-outsand proving,Fixture setting, Component drawing study,Subassembly operation & fulfilling theproductiontarget through workload distribution.

- HandlingModernmachineshop(DMGMORIandHyundaihavingcontrolHeidenhain&Fanuc)
- OEE improvement & analysis of in-house rejection, COPQ & preparation of detailed actionplanand execution through the PDCA cycle.
- Involved in Complete CNC Programming, fixture setting, try-outs, process mapping, preparation ofcontrolplan, FAI, FMEA, APQP for the new component as per the schedule and making the best possible improvements.
- Involved in Capacityplanning,Plantfacility budgeting, completeplantlayout finalizations.
- Working for implementing TPM (5S, Kaizen,Poka-yoke,Kanban) in a machine shop for higher productivity by reducing various losses.
- Taken full responsibility for recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training of personnel within 90% of capacity.
- Also involved in the Greenfield project of establishing a new state-of-the-art machine shop for the new business opportunities.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
