Mis Executive

**Job Summary**: The MIS Executive in the jewelry industry is responsible for managing and enhancing the company's information systems to support and streamline business operations. This role involves overseeing system performance, data management, and reporting specific to jewelry inventory, sales, and supply chain operations. The MIS Executive ensures that technology solutions effectively support the business goals of the jewelry company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **System Management**:

- Oversee the performance and maintenance of jewelry-specific information systems, including inventory management, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Ensure data integrity and security within jewelry databases, including product details, sales transactions, and customer information.
- Address and resolve system issues related to jewelry inventory, sales, and supply chain processes.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to jewelry sales, inventory levels, and customer trends.
- Develop and generate detailed reports and dashboards on sales performance, inventory turnover, and other key metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions and optimize inventory management.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Manage IT projects related to the implementation of new jewelry management systems, software upgrades, and system integrations.
- Collaborate with IT teams and other departments (e.g., sales, supply chain, finance) to ensure project requirements are met and timelines are adhered to.
- Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
- **System Implementation and Upgrades**:

- Plan and execute system upgrades to improve functionality and performance, ensuring mínimal disruption to operations.
- **User Support and Training**:

- Develop user manuals and documentation to assist with system usage and troubleshooting.
- **Compliance and Security**:

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to data privacy and security, particularly for customer information and financial transactions.
- Implement and enforce security policies to protect sensitive business data.
- **Vendor Management**:

- Manage relationships with vendors providing software and hardware solutions for jewelry management.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions that can enhance business operations and support growth.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in information systems management, preferably within the jewelry industry or retail sector.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in database management, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI tools).
- Understanding of jewelry inventory management, POS systems, and CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with jewelry management software and ERP systems specific to the jewelry industry.
- Certification in IT management or project management (e.g., PMP, ITIL) is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
