The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to enhance patient engagement, hospital branding, and business development. The role involves promoting hospital services, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Business Development**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase patient footfall.
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, corporate organizations, and insurance companies.
- Develop and implement referral programs with local healthcare providers.
- Achieve sales targets by promoting hospital services to individuals and institutions.

**Marketing & Branding**:

- Plan and execute hospital marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and offline marketing.
- Coordinate promotional activities such as health camps, awareness programs, and community outreach initiatives.
- Develop content for brochures, newsletters, and advertising materials.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

**Public Relations & Corporate Tie-Ups**:

- Establish partnerships with corporate organizations for employee healthcare programs.
- Collaborate with insurance companies to enhance service offerings.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, trade fairs, and networking events.

**Patient Engagement & Customer Relationship Management**:

- Handle patient inquiries and provide information about hospital services.
- Improve patient experience through personalized engagement and follow-ups.
- Address patient feedback and complaints to ensure service excellence.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in healthcare sales & marketing, preferably in a hospital setting.
