**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.)
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, inventory, logistics) to ensure smooth online operations.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze traffic and conversion reports, and identify growth opportunities.
- Handle order processing, returns, replacements, and customer feedback.
- Ensure accurate stock availability and timely updates to prevent order issues.
- Work closely with digital marketing teams to run campaigns, promotions, and discounts.
- Track competitor activities and trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports for management review.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- freshers
- 1 years of experience in **E-commerce operations or online marketplace management.**:

- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
