Customer Service Executive(Travel Industry)

They will be taking care of the inbound calls that they will receive and have a bond with the customer. They will need to understand the customer and accordingly book their ticket or hotel accommodation. This business model is completely based on MCO. MCO means markup. For example the basic ticket cost is $400 and the agent sells the same at $500 then $100 is the MCO for that sale. Incentives will be calculated on MCO itself.

Agents are preferred experienced in the travel industry and if they are good with amadeus then it will be an added advantage. Should be good in communication skills as this will be a U.S shift.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Hindi (preferred)
