**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media content strategies to promote brand awareness, increase audience engagement, and drive traffic to our digital properties(Social Media Channels and websites).
- Create high-quality and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Write compelling copy, captions, and hashtags that resonate with our target audience and encourage interaction, likes, comments, and shares.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and coordinate social media campaigns, promotions, and contests.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and conversations relevant to our industry, and leverage opportunities for content creation and engagement.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics using analytics tools and provide regular reports and insights to inform strategy and optimization efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of professional experience as a content writer, preferably with a focus on social media content creation.
- Strong writing skills with a creative flair and ability to adapt content for different social media platforms and audiences.
- Proficiency in using social media management platforms (e.g., Meta,Linkedin) to schedule posts, monitor conversations, and analyze performance.
- Knowledge of social media best practices, trends, and algorithms, with a demonstrated ability to stay up-to-date with industry changes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Passion for Content writing and a deep understanding of the industry's nuances and audience preferences.
