**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree or similar related field.
- NISM-Series-VI: Depository Operations Certification Examination could be advantageous.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of any
- Prior experience in a financial institution, brokerage firm, depository participant, or related industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with NSDL depository operations desirable.
- Experience in client relationship management, account servicing, or back-office operations is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of securities depository processes and regulations.
- MS OFFICE - Word and Excel with different formula
- Proficiency in using depository systems/software such as NSDL DPM, SPEED-e, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve complex issues related to account maintenance, settlement, and reconciliation.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive financial data.
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset to ensure client satisfaction.
- **Role-specific Responsibilities**:

- Providing assistance to clients regarding account queries, transaction status, and other related inquiries.
- Ensuring compliance with NSDL and SEBI regulations while handling client transactions and maintaining records.
- Coordinating with internal departments, external agencies, and regulatory bodies as necessary to facilitate smooth operations.
- Participating in training programs to stay updated on regulatory changes, and system enhancements.
