
Back Office Executive

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Customer Assistance: Provide support to clients in understanding the demat account opening process, answering their queries, and guiding them through the process**
**2. Data Entry and Record Keeping: Accurately enter client details and account opening information into the system, maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date records**
**3. Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns or issues related to the demat account opening process promptly and professionally**
**4. Reporting: Assist in generating reports and maintaining relevant data related to demat account opening for management review**
**5. Co-ordination with branch/franchisee for rectification of forms, inquiries regarding document requirement & verification of address and bank proof**
**6. Ensuring timely processing of a/c opening forms**
**7. Reduction in Audit observations for account opening**
**8. Processing the closure & modification activity for clients**
**9. Document collections, KYC and other verifications.**
**Qualifications and Skills**:
1. Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers
2. Customer Service: Basic customer service skills to provide satisfactory assistance to clients and address their queries
3. Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate and work as part of a team to achieve common goals
