**About Us**:UNISED **is a non-profit ed-tech organization working to bring equitable access to quality education pan-India partnering with state governments, several IITs, schools and parents. We work to strengthen Science and Math education between grades 6-12, promote digital learning in government schools, conduct teacher training workshops and implement various education policies of Central and State governments.

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team to enhance our social media presence, maintain our website, and create eye-catching flyers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Marketing**:

- Develop and design graphics for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to support marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Create visually appealing presentations and slides for social media marketing purposes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that aligns with brand guidelines and objectives.
- **Website Maintenance**:

- Regularly update website content, including images, graphics, and layout.
- Ensure the website is visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligns with brand standards.
- Work with the web development team to troubleshoot and resolve any design-related issues.
- **Flyer Design**:

- Design creative and professional flyers for various events, promotions, and campaigns.
- Ensure all flyers adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate the intended message.
- Manage the flyer design process from concept to final production, including revisions and print-ready files.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of design work.
- Proficiency in Canva, Figma,Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Experience with website design and maintenance, including familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of social media trends and best practices.
- Experience with video editing and motion graphics.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and web analytics.
