**Job Title: Front Office Executive (Sales and Customer Engagement)**
**Location**: Hyderabad
**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused **Front Office Executive** to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing inbound leads, making sales calls, and ensuring consistent follow-ups with potential clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle all inbound inquiries and manage leads from various sources.
- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers, promoting our company’s services.
- Schedule meetings between clients and senior team members.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Assist with front desk duties and ensure high levels of customer service.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support overall business objectives.
- Follow up with leads regularly to keep them engaged and move them through the sales funnel.
**Key Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with experience in making outbound calls.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage leads and sales activities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software for tracking customer interactions.
- Ability to multitask and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 0-2 years of experience in a front office or sales support role.
- Familiarity with handling customer calls and providing excellent service.
Pay: ₹275,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
**Experience**:
