Billing Executive

A Billing Executive/Cashier typically manages financial transactions, handles customer payments, issues invoices, and ensures accurate record-keeping. Attention to detail, numerical proficiency, and strong organizational skills are crucial for success in this role.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and generate invoices based on contracts, sales orders, or service agreements.
- Verify the accuracy of billing data and ensure that invoices are sent to clients promptly.
- Enter billing information into the company's billing system with a high degree of accuracy.
- Cross-check data to identify and resolve discrepancies before generating invoices.
- Maintain proper documentation of billing records, contracts, and related financial information.
- Keep track of any changes in contract terms, pricing, or discounts and update billing accordingly.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to client queries related to billing and invoicing.
- Monitor and track payments from clients.
- Follow up on overdue payments and coordinate with the accounts receivable team to resolve payment issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements related to billing.
- Stay updated on changes in billing and accounting standards.
- Utilize billing software and financial systems to perform tasks efficiently.
- Stay current on updates and new features of billing software to enhance productivity.
- Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and other billing-related documents.
- Ensure that records are easily accessible for audits or internal reviews.
**Requirements**:
- More than 5 years of experience in Retail billing (100+ bill/ day category stores)
- Graduate or Above
- Accommodation provided
**Salary**: ₹67,000.00 per month
