As a Billing Executive, you will be responsible for generating invoices, monitoring billing activities, and ensuring timely collection of payments. Your role involves maintaining accurate financial records and collaborating with various departments to address billing-related issues. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in financial software are essential for success in this position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and generate accurate and timely invoices based on services rendered or products sold.
- Verify and cross-check the billing information to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor and manage billing cycles to meet established deadlines.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of invoices, payments, and financial transactions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven 5 year experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
