**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Support Lead Trainer**: Assist in preparing and delivering training sessions, including setting up materials, equipment, and coordinating schedules.
- **Participant Assistance**: Provide individual support to participants during and after sessions, addressing any queries or challenges they may face with the material.
- **Monitor Progress**: Track participants' progress, assist in evaluations, and provide feedback to the lead trainer or program manager.
- **Administrative Support**: Manage training-related administrative tasks, including scheduling, maintaining attendance records, and preparing training rooms and resources.
- **Stay Updated**: Continuously update knowledge on industry trends, new training techniques, and learning technologies to contribute effectively to the training programs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field (**Master’s preferred**).
- **1-2 years of experience** in industrial or home automation.
- Fluency in **English, Hindi, and Kannada**.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of **industrial automation systems**.
- Proficiency in **automation technologies** (e.g., HMI, PLCs, SCADA, robotics).
- Excellent instructional and presentation skills.
- Strong **problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities**.
- Ability to work both **independently** and as part of a **team**.
- Excellent **communication** and interpersonal skills.
