Sales Executive
EXP : - 3+ yrs
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evacuate customer needs.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Regular meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentation on products and services
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints order objection collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Customer relationship management(CRM)
EXP : - 3+ yrs
Set individual sales target with sales team.
Set clear team sales goals
Meeting sales targets
Delegate tasks and set deadlines
Oversee day to day operation
Monitor team performance
Motivate team members
Listen to team customer's feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
Encourage creativity and risk taking
Suggest and organize team building activities
Overlooking the business development
Convincing prospective clients for a sitter visit
Sending details of properties to the client
Arranging sure visit and showing properties

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
