**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**l Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.**

**l Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.**

**l Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.**

**l Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.**

**l Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.**

**l Answer questions about products or the company**

**l Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales**

**REQUIRED SKILL**

**l Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects**

**l Excellent knowledge of English**

**l Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**

**l Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection**

**l Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.**

**l Proven experience working as a tele sales executive.**

**l Graduates with minimum 1 year of outbound sales experience can apply.**

**l Being competitive and willing to work under pressure.**

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Twenty Four Parganas, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
