**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage and process insurance claims with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure all claims are handled in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Utilize MS Office tools to maintain and update claim records.
- Provide timely and accurate information to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex claim issues.
- Conduct thorough investigations to validate claims and prevent fraud.
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary documentation and information.
- Monitor claim progress and provide regular updates to clients and management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Support the team in achieving operational targets and service level agreements.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of client information.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for internal and external audits.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and company policies.
**Qualifications**
- Possess strong technical skills in MS Office including Excel Word and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrate experience in Auto Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Show ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Display strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Maintain high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrate ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
**Certifications Required**
