**Designation**: Quantity Surveyor

**Experience**: 10- 15 Years

Should be open for **Travel** on PAN India Basis.

Should have prior experience in **team handling** also.

**Job Responsibilities/Key Responsibility Areas**:

- Cross checking Job Order BOQ with Job Order Completion BOQ.
- Taking-off quantities.
- Checking Interim Payment Certificates to verify executed quantities and claimed amount.
- Checking, negotiating and approving revised BOQ.
- Checking and Verifying the merit of Change Request, Variation Orders and EoT claims.
- Participating in meeting with Contractor and PMC, on instructions of Sr. QS and taking minutes of meetings.
- Checking and verifying IR & Document Submittal Quantity and then getting it approved by Sr. QS in consultation with the PMC.
- Assessing Cost evaluation, Cost estimation & cost control.
- Preparing Progress & cost report for all projects
- Monitoring NCR (Non Conformance Report) and RFI (Request for Information) for Infrastructure and MEP work.
- Preparing the Interim Payment Certificates and submitting to the Consultant for certification.
- Preparing Change Request and based on Site Engineers/Manager’s instructions and submitting to the Consultant for approval.
- Consulting engineers of all disciplines to take details for preparing Variation Orders.
- Responsible for taking-off quantities for different items of work like sub base, base course, concrete & asphalt, Piping and Fittings, Pumps, HVAC Materials, Electrical Panel Boards, Water System Assemblies, etc.
- Study the specifications, Tender drawings, Construction Drawings & As Built Drawings of the projects To take-off the quantities.
- Preparation of Rate Analysis.
- Involved in preparing and reviewing subcontract RFPs for sub-contractors (finding the most suitable subcontractors for particular sections of work),
- Supervising the Installation and Commissioning of Pump Assembly on sites, involved with site engineers/inspectors (Own Interest).
