M/D Totco is a division within NOV that specializes in providing instrumentation, visualizations, and data aggregation to remote sites around the world. Ensuring we have robust and secure connections between local and remote devices is critical to our business model.

These Network Administrators are part of our Customer Support Center, a team that provides 24/7 monitoring and support services to our internal and external customers. This role will focus primarily on proactive support and remote troubleshooting of networks around the world.

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

- Proactively monitor systems remotely to ensure optimal performance
- Regularly create, review, and revise internal technical documentation.
- Administer and update LTE and firewall central management systems
- Maintain repositories for software and configuration files associated to our products.
- Work closely with Field Engineering and Operations to ensure compliance with network & security infrastructure.
- Collaborate with internal operations and distribution teams to ensure proper operation, licensing, configuration, and management of network devices
- Create and communicate accurate and achievable project schedules and plans. Projects may include multiple components and/or deliverables.

Required Qualifications:

- Experience with multi-location networks
- 3+ years of experience in commissioning and supporting VSAT/LTE/Wi-Fi installations
- Competent with MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook
- 2+ years of experience with centrally managed networks
- Good interpersonal skills

Preferred Skillsets:

- CompTIA & NSE certifications preferred
- Familiarity with Modbus, OPC-UA, and other industrial communication protocols.
- Experience configuring & deploying mesh wireless nodes
