**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive with expertise in Advanced Excel and MIS reporting to manage daily financial transactions, analyze financial data, and prepare reports that assist in decision-making processes. The role requires strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and proficiency in managing complex Excel tasks and MIS systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounts Management**: Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including journal entries, ledgers, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management.
- **Advanced Excel Usage**: Use advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.) to prepare and analyze financial reports.
- **MIS Reporting**: Prepare monthly MIS reports, including financial statements, budget forecasts, and variance analysis.
- **Invoice Management**: Process vendor invoices, and ensure timely payments by managing accounts payable/receivable.
- **Reconciliation**: Perform regular account reconciliations, including bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- **Budgeting & Forecasting**: Support the preparation of financial budgets, forecasts, and cost management reports.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain and update financial documentation and support management with timely financial insights.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and data analysis.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Work proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting).
- Experience with MIS reporting systems.
- Knowledge of accounting software (ERP systems).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
