**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers in Kannada.
- Provide information about products, services, or offers effectively.
- Address customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update databases accordingly.
- Follow up on customer leads and inquiries to close sales or provide solutions.
- Meet daily, weekly, or monthly targets set by the team.
- Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines during interactions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Kannada (both spoken and written).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and handle calls efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a bonus.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
