Our aim is to provide a unique dining experience with flavorful and innovative dishes." **Job Summary**: **Key Responsibilities**: - **Food Preparation**: - Prepare and cook a variety of Indian and Chinese snacks, including street-style favorites and fusion dishes. - Ensure all dishes are made to order and meet quality standards. - **Menu Development**: - Assist in designing and updating the menu with innovative recipes. - Suggest new dishes based on customer preferences and market trends. - **Kitchen Operations**: - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen. - Ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies. - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the management for restocking. - **Compliance and Safety**: - Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations. - Adhere to standard operating procedures for portion control and consistency. - **Team Collaboration**: - Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. - Train junior chefs or kitchen assistants when needed. **Qualifications**: - Proven experience as a chef specializing in Indian and/or Chinese cuisine. - Strong knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple orders efficiently. - Creativity and passion for experimenting with flavors and presentation. - Excellent time management and organizational skills. **Perks and Benefits**: - Competitive salary based on experience. - Opportunity to work in a creative and dynamic environment. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 6 months Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month Schedule: - Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: - Overtime pay **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - Chef: 1 year (required) - total work: 1 year (required) License/Certification: - Hotel Managment (required) Work Location: In person
