Account Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare, review, and issue accurate **sales invoices** in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the **sales team** to gather billing details and ensure correct pricing, taxes, and terms.
- Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on **accounts receivable**.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all **sales transactions**, billing adjustments, and credit notes.
- Handle **client queries** related to invoices, payments, and discrepancies.
- Work with the finance team to **reconcile accounts** and support month-end closing.
- Ensure compliance with **tax regulations** (GST/VAT, etc.) and internal policies.
- Generate reports on billing status, aging analysis, and sales revenue as required.
- Assist in audits and provide documentation and reports as needed.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Finance, Business Administration**, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in **invoicing, sales accounts**, or a similar role.
- Solid understanding of **invoicing practices, accounting principles**, and **tax regulations**.
- Proficiency in **Excel** and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Zoho Books).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Pay: ₹11,019.20 - ₹20,000.00 per month
