**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in **cost accounting** and **cost control** measures.
- Prepare and analyze **financial statements** and **budget reports**.
- Support **internal audits** and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Work on **GST, taxation, and financial reporting**.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize **cost efficiency**.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist in **MIS reporting**.
- Support the finance team in **forecasting and variance analysis**.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- **CMA Inter (Semi-Qualified)**.
- Strong knowledge of **cost accounting principles** and **financial management**.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel, Tally, and ERP systems**.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced manufacturing environment**.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

**Preferred Experience**:

- **0-3 years** of experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, or related roles.
- Experience in **manufacturing or engineering industries** is a plus.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
